Hudson Yards is the largest private real estate development in the history of the United States. It is located in the Hell’s Kitchen and Chelsea neighborhoods of New York City.
The area is reserved for structural developments led by Related and Oxford Properties, which are giants in the real estate industry. The projects aims to expand New York City’s Midtown Manhattan business district towards the Hudson River. The Hudson Yards area will includes more than 18 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate, 100 shops, 14 acres of public space, 3 dynamic parks, and 4,000 residences. [1]
The first phase of the Hudson Yards project includes Fifteen Hudson Yards, their first residential tower. As of February 2018, this tower hit a milestone: over 50% of their condos have been sold. [2] As construction continues and the Hudson Yards project progresses, it will likely continue to exceed expectations.
