Real Estate Executive Andrea Himmel On Real Estate Post Covid
An ironman triathlete, Andrea is passionate about volunteering and mentoring, Central Park, theater/shows, and meditation & mindfulness. A gritty entrepreneur, she founded a $300MM private equity fund in 2016 and now focuses her investments in real estate, equities, start-ups, and oil/gas royalties.
Andrea runs acquisitions at Himmel + Meringoff Properties, one of the largest privately-owned, long-term real estate owners in NYC. Andrea is a graduate of the Wharton School and has previously worked for Brookfield Properties & Sanders Capital. Andrea serves on the Diversity Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and on the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity-NYC.
